Delete Your Cheqi Account
We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Cheqi account and all associated data.
How to delete your account
To delete your account from within the Cheqi app:
- Open the Cheqi app on your device
- Go to Profile (bottom navigation)
- Scroll down to the Account section
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What data will be deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your user profile and personal information
- Email addresses linked to your account
- Payment cards and bank accounts
- All receipts and credit notes
- Company memberships and roles
- Device registrations and encryption keys
What data may be retained
Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes:
- Transaction records required by tax law (anonymized)
- Audit logs required for compliance
